Daryl Reid, MD, is a general surgeon and a new addition to our growing team of physicians. Dr. Reid comes to the Walla Walla Valley from Royal Oak, MI. He has recently completed his general surgery residency at the William Beaumont Hospital, spending the last year of his residency as the administrative chief resident in the hospital surgical unit. Dr. Reid earned his MD from Loma Linda University in 2004.

In his five years of residency and year of clinical research, Dr. Reid has become very versatile within the field of general surgery. During these years, he developed a strong interest in the field of endocrine surgery, finding it "clinically and intellectually challenging."

He loves spending time outdoors actively participating in downhill skiing and golf, and also enjoys traveling and backpacking.
