Our Diabetes Center teaches and provides tools for a better lifestyle, including:
- Complication prevention and treatment
- Balancing medication, exercise, sick days and meal planning for blood
glucose control
- Effective weight loss
- Home glucose monitoring
- Insulin administration/adjustment
- Glucose monitoring use
