Our Diabetes Center cares for people of all ages and serves a wide range of needs. Led by a progressive team of healthcare professionals who specialize in this area.
Our Diabetes Center may be for you if:

- You have had a change in your treatment plan
- You have complications from diabetes
- You are a family member or caregiver
- You are considering insulin pump therapy
What to expect:
- A team approach including you, your physician, certified diabetic educators, nurse and dietitian
- Classes designed to support self-management and long-term health maintenance
- Individual appointments available as needed
- Professional speakers and an Annual Fair
- Monthly Spanish Support Group
- Monthly English Support Group
Our Diabetes Center teaches and provides tools for a better lifestyle, including:
- Complication prevention and treatment
- Balancing medication, exercise, sick days and meal planning for blood
glucose control
- Effective weight loss
- Home glucose monitoring
- Insulin administration/adjustment
- Glucose monitoring use
- Insulin pump therapy

Access and Payment
A physician's referral may be required to establish a medical need for this
service. Contact your insurance provider to determine your coverage, a referral
may not be needed. This service is often totally or partially covered by your
medical insurance company. Any questions regarding insurance coverage should be
