Our Diabetes Center may be for you if:

• A team approach including you, your physician, certified diabetic educators, nurse and dietitian
• Classes designed to support self-management and long-term health maintenance 
• Individual appointments available as needed 
• Professional speakers and an Annual Fair 
• Monthly Spanish Support Group 
• Monthly English Support Group

Our Diabetes Center teaches and provides tools for a better lifestyle, including:

• Complication prevention and treatment
• Balancing medication, exercise, sick days and meal planning for blood glucose control
• Effective weight loss
• Home glucose monitoring
• Insulin administration/adjustment
• Glucose monitoring use
• Insulin pump therapy
